📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional or bundle items

 

 


🔄 Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

 



💳 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment (excluding original shipping costs).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after your return is received and inspected.

 

 


🚚 Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as XO Galore is not responsible for lost return packages

 


📬 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
